Need for Speed Most Wanted is coming to the Wii U, EA has announced.
The Wii U version of the game will be playable using just the GamePad. However, those who play the game on a TV can use that controller’s touch screen to change their mods, switch cars, track milestones, and uncover hidden areas.
The Wii U version will also include Co-Driver mode, which allows one player to “provide control and navigation assistance on a fully interactive real-time map” while the other drives using a traditional WiiMote and Nunchuk, according to EA.
The co-driver can distract pursuing cops, switch from night to day, activate enhanced performance for any car, and control the amount of traffic on the road.
Need for Speed Most Wanted’s Ultimate Speed Pack will come bundled with the game, giving players access to the McLaren F1 LM, Lamborghini Aventador J, Pagani Zonda R, Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, and Hennessey Venom GT Spyder.
Need for Speed Most Wanted for Wii U will be available from March 21.
