Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified will be released in November to match Black Ops 2’s console debut, Activision announced at Gamescom today.
The game's campaign will bridge the story gap between the original Black Ops and Black Ops 2,
The multiplayer will be 4v4 over WiFi but not 3G, and will include new Vita-exclusive maps, alongside already-confirmed Black Ops map Nuketown.
Multiplayer modes will include Team Deathmatch, Kill Confirmed, and Drop Zone.
The franchise's standard perk system will be in place.
Multiplayer will also include new weapons and gear designed to take advantage of Vita technology, like the location-aware Near service.
Yesterday Sony announced a Call of Duty Black Ops Declassified Vita bundle that included a copy of the game along with a BLOPS-themed Vita and pouch.
