Voting on PlayStation Plus free games starts this week, and features three brand-new games, says Sony.

Announced last week, the Vote To Play programme will, on occasion, allow PS+ members to vote on which games are included in the service's monthly free games feature.

For the debut of the programme, Sony has selected three games new to PlayStation as voting options:

Ubisoft's experimental, botanical 3D platformer Grow Home, which launched on PC earlier this year;

Armello, a fantasy hybrid of strategy, RPG, and board/card game mechanics;

Zombie Vikings, a four-player co-op "story brawler" set in an over-the-top reading of Norse mythology.

Voting begins August 13 and runs to the 24th. The winner will be included in September's free games roster, with the other two available discounted on the PlayStation Store.
