Yesterday, Sega announced that the downloadable the content for Alien: Isolation would focus on the events of the original 1979 film. Now the publisher has released a trailer, which you can watch below.

At this time, the downloadable content is only available to those who pre-order the game. In it, players will get two additional missions featuring Ellen Ripley, Dallas, Lambert, Brett, Parker and Ash.

In addition, players who pre-order and upgrade to the Collector's "Nostromo" Edition will get the Crew Expendable content in which they must lure the alien into the ship’s airlock.

Finally, pre-ordering at preferred retailers will get players an additional mission in which Ripley must escape the Nostromo aboard the Narcissus shuttle.

Alien: Isolation is in development at The Creative Assembly, and is coming to Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC.

The main campaign in Isolation takes place fifteen years after the events of Alien, and sees Ellen Ripley's daughter Amanda, "underpowered and under-prepared", enter a desperate battle for survival as she attempts to unravel the truth behind her mother's disappearance.
