StarCraft II game director Dustin Browder will attend the Australian launch of the game's first expansion, Heart of the Swarm, in Melbourne's Federation Square on the 11th of March.
Browder will be joined by Australian expat Luke Mancini, a 3D Artist at Blizzard.
The Melbourne event will kick off 24 hours of StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm launch celebrations. In addition to panels and Q&As with the developers, top local players including Andrew 'mOOnGLaDe' Pender will also play exhibition matches. There will also be competitions and entertainment.
Gameplanet has had the pleasure of interviewing Browder on many occasions, most recently in Irvine during a singleplayer hands on with Heart of the Swarm, and prior to that, on the subject of eSports at the Battle.net World Championship in Shanghai.
More information can be found at the launch event's hub, here.
The event will also be live streamed here from 8pm AEDT.
