Following the massive black hole event that saw the game world disappear, a trailer has leaked showing what players can expect from Fortnite when it inevitably returns.

Currently, anyone who attempts to log in is greeted by a black hole and is unable to do anything. Rumours have been rife, alluding to the game coming back as Fortnite: Chapter 2. Thanks to the recently leaked video, it looks like the rumours were spot-on. Check out the leaked trailer below.

The trailer shows plenty of new additions to the battle-royale phenomenon, with the most significant change being a brand new map. On top of a new location, Chapter 2: Season 1 will also include speed boats, new skins, new weapons and pogo sticks.

Chapter 2 also looks to mix things up by introducing new ways for players to level up by completing tasks and activities like fishing and harvesting materials. The trailer also briefly shows a player diving into water (Will we finally be able to swim?) and another carrying a downed ally, so it looks like Epic is increasing the level of interaction players will have with the environment and their friends.

As this is a leak, none of the news has been confirmed by Epic, but the trailer looks authentic. We're expecting Chapter 2 to drop any day now with many speculating that it will kick off this weekend.
