Highly-anticipated sci-fi RPG The Outer Worlds is coming to Nintendo Switch.
Developer Obsidian Entertainment announced the news today, stating it would be partnering with Virtuos for the Switch version.
Virtuos has worked with a number of developers, remastering titles like Assasson's Creed: The Ezio Collection, Batman: Return to Arkham, and Heavy Rain.
A release date on the Switch is yet to be confirmed, although Obsidian noted it would follow the game's PC and console launch on October 25.
The Outer Worlds features an open world gameplay style with numerous quests, decisions, and consequences, and has been described as a spiritual successor to Bethesda's Fallout series.
Here's hoping it can transition to the Switch smoothly without sacrificing too much.
