Developer Phoenix Labs has announced its free-to-play monster hunting RPG Dauntless is releasing next week, on May 21.

The co-op action title will release on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, while a PC release will be exclusive to the EPic Games Store.

Dauntless has been in open-beta for the past year and has seen more than 3 million players during that time.

PlayStation and Xbox versions will include the most recent updates that came during last month's Path of The Slayer update, including the all new Mastery system.

Coinciding with its 1.0 release, Phoenix Labs will kick off Hunt Pass Season 5, which will transform the world of Dauntless into a Moon Blossom Festival. Players can also work through fifty levels of content on both the basic and elite tracks.
