A World War Z video game is in the works at Saber Interactive (Inversion, Timeshift, Quake Champions). It features a co-op campaign that focusses on unique survivor stories and missions around the globe, including New York, Moscow and Jerusalem. Players will use traps, barriers and the environment strategically to stay alive while unleashing a storm of firepower with a variety of weapons on the unrelenting hordes of the undead. World War Z is coming to PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One, release TBA.


Owlchemy Labs announced Vacation Simulator, the next in the Job Simulator series. It is coming to all VR-capable platforms.


Crows Crows Crows (The Stanley Parable) announced that Accounting, the weird-ass VR title it made with Rick and Morty's Justin Roiland, is coming to PlayStation VR as Accounting+. Accounting+ will be out on December 19.

Campo Santo (Firewatch) announced In The Valley of Gods, a single-player first person video game set in Egypt in the 1920s. You play as an explorer and filmmaker who, along with your old partner, has travelled to the middle of the desert in the hopes of making a seemingly-impossible discovery and an incredible film. It'll be out in 2019.


The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild’s second expansion, The Champions’ Ballad, is out tonight on Switch and Wii U.

Epic announced a limited-time 50 v 50 mode for Fortnite's battle royale mode. It runs from December 8-17. Friendly fire is off, and it's last team standing wins. Epic also announced that Fortnite has more than 30m players.


Bandai Namco announced Soulcalibur 6. It will run on Unreal Engine 4, and is coming to PlayStation 4, Windows PC, and Xbox One in 2018.


Bayonetta 1, 2, and – yes – 3 are all coming to Switch. Bayonetta and Bayonetta 2 will be out in February.

EA announced you'll be able to online co-op A Way Out, the narrative-driven adventure game from the team behind the acclaimed Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, provided you play with someone that owns it. A Way Out is scheduled to be released on March 23, on PlayStation 4, Windows PC, and Xbox One. Later, the game's director Josef Fares railed against the Oscars and defended EA, sort of.


The Astronauts (The Vanishing of Ethan Carter) announced a dark fantasy FPS called Witchfire. It "is still a long way from release".


Black Forest Game (Giana Sisters: Dream Runners) announced a survival game set in the “the cold and deadly world of an apocalyptic winter” called Fade to Silence. It will hit Steam Early Access on December 15. Publisher THQ Nordic calls it a “complex, character-driven, group survival experience”.
