Activision has responded to this news item, stating that the game is not getting a PC release in Australia because "each publisher makes decisions about which titles to release and on which platforms based on customer demand".

High Moon Studios’ follow-up to Transformers: War for Cybertron will not be released on PC in Australia.

The game is still available for download via Steam, however.

Activision said there was “no reason” for the non-release, so we're assuming for now that all PC box sets were eaten by goats.

Fall of Cybertron is available today on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
