A huge collection of games that includes the complete game library of 22 different consoles has sold on eBay.

The games – which number over 6500 – were sold complete with instructions and original packaging. Many were still factory sealed.

The auction included every game made for Nintendo home systems – from the Famicom to GameCube – as well as every game released on a Sega system.

The whole lot went for the bargain price of EUR 999,999.99 (around AU$1,200,500).
